MarketFully to Boost Global Social Media Strategy with Social Element Acquisition

Marking an expansion of MarketFully’s multilingual content marketing capabilities across social media channels, on December 2, 2025, the content marketing firm announced the acquisition of social media agency Social Element.

“Social Element fits into the MarketFully platform and its suite of offerings,” said Evan Kramer, CEO of MarketFully, noting also that the initial focus within the context of this acquisition “is to offer customers expanded capabilities across web and social multilingual content marketing, and global brand community management.”

Kramer and Social Element’s Founder, Tamara Littleton, had known each other for some time, and as Littleton sought to exit the business, she found a home for it in MarketFully.

The company is expected to blend its AI technology with Social Element’s deep expertise on social strategy, seeking to offer clients improved online brand discoverability across channels as well as social-first services.

“Our first approach to AI-enablement of Social Element will be an evaluation of how our MarketFully.AI platform can create more efficient and effective outcomes for social content, social engagement, and social moderation,” Kramer shared with Slator.

The “InContent” Marketing Model

The acquisition of Social Element is the most recent in a series of strategic actions taken by MarketFully for integrating multiple connected services under this umbrella brand and on a single “InContent” marketing platform.

In 2025 alone, the company combined MotionPoint’s web localization services with new investments in multilingual content marketing (including the acquisition of Key Content and Get Globy). MarketFully also developed an AI-enabled multilingual content transcreation and creation platform, known as MarketFully.AI.

“We shifted MarketFully to be the master brand in November 2025, whereby MotionPoint and Key Content will be InContent Agencies of MarketFully. The GetGloby brand will be sunsetted and subsumed into MarketFully as part of our MarketFully.AI technology platform,” commented Kramer.

The CEO added that “Social Element will initially become an agency of MarketFully as well, and we will evaluate further integrations in the future.”
