ROCHESTER, N.Y.—Rochester Optical Manufacturing Company, a provider of precision ophthalmic lenses and optical solutions, has announced the appointment of Stuart Jolly as vice president of business strategy and sales, effective immediately. In this new strategic role, Jolly will report directly to Patrick Ho, Rochester Optical’s CEO, and will lead its global commercial growth initiatives, customer engagement strategies, and go-to-market expansion plans, the company advised. “Stuart brings an exceptional depth of leadership, commercial acumen, and international optical industry experience to Rochester Optical Manufacturing Company,” said Ho.
“His strategic vision and proven track record driving growth across diverse market channels make him an ideal leader to help accelerate our global expansion and unlock the value of our next generation of product innovations,” Ho added.
Jolly joins Rochester Optical Manufacturing Company with more than two decades of optical and vision care leadership, having held senior commercial roles across major segments of the industry including strategy, sales, go-to-market, and account leadership. His experience spans leadership positions at global brands and multi-channel retailers where he delivered market growth, launched new product categories, and strengthened customer partnerships, according to the announcement.

In his new role, the company advised, Jolly will drive strategic initiatives that align product development with emerging customer needs, enhance cross-functional collaboration between sales and product teams, and expand strategic partnerships globally. He will also lead commercial planning for key market segments, including independent eyecare practices, optical retail chains, and international distribution partners.
